Ayat Realty Group was founded and is led by Mani Ayatollahi. Behind him is a full team that handles every part of buying, selling and investing, from pricing and marketing to negotiation and closing. We work the way the best teams in tech do: with data, a clear process and accountability for results. That is why many of our clients are founders, executives and senior people in tech who are buying a home, investing, or looking for space for their company.
Founder and Broker
Mani has spent more than a decade at North American technology companies, building and scaling high-performing sales and partnership teams. Today he leads enterprise partnerships at a unicorn tech company in Toronto, where he runs large partnership deals from first meeting to signed agreement, hires and coaches teams, and shapes go-to-market strategy. That work has made him a seasoned negotiator who is at ease with complex, high-stakes decisions, the same skills his clients count on when they buy, sell or invest.
He founded Ayat Realty Group for two reasons. He wanted to bring the discipline of tech sales to real estate: pricing grounded in data, a written plan for every client and fast, direct communication. And he wanted to bring real investment experience to his clients, simply because everyone kept asking him for investment advice.
He leads the team today, and as a broker he has been recognised with multiple sales awards. He works closely with founders, executives and investors who expect that standard.
Outside real estate, Mani invests in and advises early-stage technology companies.
